Either your face is not wet enough
from the Phyto-Moisturizer which helps to water down this concentrated serum
thus making it easier to spread and smooth over the face, or, You may be using too much of the
Serum. The
Serum is not a moisturizer. It is a very potent blend of over 87 herbal extracts
designed to super nourish the skin and promote cell turnover. You shouldn't need
to use more than the size of half a pea for your entire face especially during the
10 to 21 day adjustment period. It is highly unlikely that your skin has been topically nourished in
this way before, and during the 10 to 21 day adjustment period your skin will
learn how
to accept hydration, oxygen, and nutrients from the outside (topically). As you
continue to use Zenbiotic products, your skin will start accepting and absorbing
more of our formulations as more of your pores become unblocked. Any initial reactions from

not be mixed with other systems for the following reasons: First and most
importantly, other products may contain impurities in the form of alcohol,
fillers, chemicals, preservatives, or fragrances. Our technology is designed to
drive in only food-grade ingredients, which do not contain these impurities. Our

from other manufactures, there is a risk of delivering their impurities into the
cells of skin. As a result, breakouts and rashes may occur. Second, Zenbiotic
products are designed to be used together to take full advantage of the
synergistic relationship between products. Each product works to compliment the
others or prepare for the successive use of other Zenbiotic products. Using another
manufacturer's soap that might leave a residue will impede the absorption of our
moisturizer. Lastly, Zenbiotic products have a very high pH value. The impurities that might be present in other manufacturer's
products lend to a lower pH value and will diminish the energy potency of our
herbal blends. Ultimately, your skin will never fully undergo the adjustment process
